This is evident from the product ratings in the returned Software Registration Forms and numerous unsolicited letters and comments from users (many of them explicitly comparing StatSoft products with competing brands of software). Another indication of customer satisfaction is the rate and nature of growth of StatSoft's sales: a large proportion of new customers learned about StatSoft products via referrals by other users.
