Arcserve tuki on web pohjainen ja tukisivujen kautta on mahdollista hakea ohjelmiston ylläpitoon liittyviä päivityksiä. Ylläpitojen uusinta on tehtävä 15 päivän kuluessa niiden päättymisestä.
